I have used this dealer twice. The first time I was a first time car buyer and they worked with me to get me a loan and help get me into a reliable car that I kept for 3 years. I came back to trade it in, I met Makenna. She went above and beyond for me to get the car of my dreams! Bringing me papers, she bought me flowers, she picked up the phone when I accidentally called her at 11:30 pm. Jason did the same, he pushed to get me a great deal and had my paperwork ready to go in 24 hours. Their service leader even installed my car seat! I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Melissa provided phenomenal customer service and worked hard to get us what we needed. Jason was fantastic at getting all of the information we needed to know in a timely manner. He as well provided wonderful customer service and made us feel very comfortable. Great experience all together.

Great and friendly staff, we had a terrible experience with Tate Branch (Artesia) in the past and said we would never buy from that company again but Mr Jason and his staff has changed our mind. Mr Jason was very informative in explaining all the details of our paperwork for our purchase. I find him and his Staff to be honest and know how to treat their customers. I do recommend trying them out.

Recently purchased this 2021 Toyota Highlander Platinum from Tate Branch Roswell. This dealer is very transparent with their pricing and they don’t pressure you at all. The carfax and UCI (used car inspection) was very detailed. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly! The price of the vehicle was perfect, especially compared to similar vehicles in the Lubbock area which I live.

Unfortunately, we are both a bit out of town and they ended up ill and ended up purchasing elsewhere (was in a HUGE rush) HOWEVER...I would buy a vehicle from Holly anytime. AND I was going to drive into Roswell from Ft. Worth on this because of how Holly communicated. She was AMAZING. So informative, sent extra pics, answered all of our questions VERY timely, was honest in terms of pricing, availability on other vehicles, financing...Things other dealers did not completely offer. I was incredibly lucky to find this place after my car broke down on the highway. I called them and they answered immediately, and they spent all day with me getting me going in the exact vehicle I was interested in. Jason, Steven, and Steph were amazing and did everything they could to make a tough situation stress free and even a little fun.
