Recently bought a vehicle at Tate Branch Roswell. Best experience I've ever had in any dealership. Fast, friendly, and very professional service. Mireya was very helpful in answering any questions that i had and Jason the manager did everything he could to make sure i got the best deal possible! I am very happy with this dealership and i will definitely be returning for any future vehicle needs and i will also be referring them to friends and family!!

I got the car, and on the first day it was making a noise. I called them, and they told me they had “pulled weeds” from underneath it. I got the car, and on the first day it was making a noise. I called them, and they told me they had “pulled weeds” from underneath it. Later, I found out there was actually something wrong in the motor I took the car to Hyundai because the warranty falls under them. When I brought it in, they wanted to charge me $190 plus labor. However, they assured me that I wouldn’t have to pay anything because the motor is covered under a 10-year warranty. I took the car back to the Tate branch, and they said they would contact Hyundai. It’s been about a week now, and I still haven’t heard anything. Every time I call, they just say they’re waiting for an email.

Very bad service, when you go to buy your car the manager is very friendly, But when you have a problem with the information, he ignores you or asks someone else to help you. It's quite rude and I recommend you buy somewhere else.

In my opinion this is the worst possible place to purchase a vehicle they sold us a vehicle with problems they dont have a shop here so expect to have to tow ur vehicle if u live in roswell to Artesia the manager Jason and the sales person named Mario are the worst they both completely disregarded our problem mario and chris in Artesia told us for almost 2 weeks we didnt have warranty the vehicle is now inoperable they claim to be being harrased by me for calling to try and get this problem handled then after 2 weeks all of a sudden they tell us we do have warranty good thing i kept calling and "harrasing" them i would have just left thinking we didnt have warrenty....... I was able to deal with another dealership to get this problem fixed they are unorganized they will disregard your concerns and give you the run around Jason hung up in my face while trying to make a verbal complaint of another employee mario who told us for 2 weeks we had no warranty and then told me he wasn't going to listen to our problem, they claim to have did everything they could for us......the only thing they did was give us a run around for 2 weeks straight give me anxiety leave us stranded and then have the audacity to raise there voice at me and tell me they dont have to talk to me I do not recommend this car dealership especially for first time buyers
